Program Terms & Conditions
Founding Member pricing requires enrollment in the Physician Annual Program plus any 2 or 3 coaching pillars. Clients seeking GLP-1 therapy or physician-supervised weight loss are required to enroll in Nutrition Coaching (Pillar II) and Fitness (Pillar IV, any tier).
The 10% Founding Member discount applies to the total program investment and cannot be combined with any other discount. The Physician Annual Program is a 12-month commitment. Three-month coaching pillars can renew at standard rates after the initial term. Discount applies to the first year of enrollment only.
