Comprehensive care, built around one clinical foundation.

Optimize, don't just treat.
Most healthcare is built to manage symptoms. We're built for what comes after — the work of unlocking capacity, strength, and durability over decades.
That requires a different operating model: one physician quarterbacking your care, one care team working from the same labs, and one plan that evolves with your life. We focus predominantly on women whose hormonal and metabolic biology has been under-treated by conventional medicine.
Two physicians. One unified standard of care.

Dr. Cosette Marie Stahl, DO
Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist · Creator of The Vital Coeur Method
Dr. Stahl completed medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, a surgical internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, and her diagnostic radiology residency at the University of California, San Diego. She went on to complete a subspecialty fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Washington, practicing IR with a focus on women's health.
Through her own experiences with physician burnout, chronic gastrointestinal distress, and infertility, Cosette saw firsthand how today's fragmented healthcare paradigm fails to honor whole-person well-being. That frustration became Vital Coeur — a platform built on client-centered coaching, client empowerment, and complementary medical care.
Her background in Western medicine, passion for functional medicine, and experience as a health coach converge in a safe, compassionate environment where self-discovery blossoms. By co-creating dynamic care plans with a curated network of top-tier specialists in fitness, nutrition, and medicine, she helps each client author their own definition of ideal health.

Dr. Christine Cox, DO
Board-Certified Endocrinologist · Medical Director, Vital Coeur Health
Dr. Cox completed medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by an internal medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and advanced fellowship training in endocrinology at the University of California, Davis.
She brings extensive clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex hormone and metabolic disorders — including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease and thyroid cancer, pituitary and adrenal disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and osteoporosis.
At Vital Coeur, Dr. Cox guides the clinical approach to hormonal and metabolic health, integrating evidence-based endocrinology with a patient-centered model that translates complex hormonal science into personalized, long-term care.
Physician-led, by design.
Vital Coeur was founded by a physician who saw firsthand how the system fails the patients who need integrated care most. We're launching with a commitment to doing it right — the right specialists, the right protocols, a genuine relationship with every client.
A platform for collaborative care.
The practice you see today is the first step. Our long-term vision is a software platform that scales truly integrated healthcare — connecting physicians, specialists, and patients in a single coherent system.
